MY IT GUY · IT OUTSOURCING FOR COMPANIES

Company IT.One responsibility.

We take over an agreed scope of your day-to-day IT operations: user support, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, cloud hosting, security and regular reporting. You get one team, clear rules and an overview for management.

When a company needs Můj Ajťák

IT can no longer rest on one person or several vendors.

Four typical situations where taking over IT operations starts to make sense.

The company is growing

People, devices, licences and access keep piling up. But nobody has a full picture of who is responsible for what.

PeopleDevicesAccess

IT rests on one person

Holiday, illness or the departure of a key admin becomes an operational risk.

Vendors aren't coordinated

One company runs the servers, another Microsoft 365 and other business apps. Problems fall between them.

Management can't see the state of IT

The company handles incidents, licences and security reactively, without a regular overview or improvement plan.

How the partnership starts

First we learn the environment. Then we take over responsibility.

See how taking over our IT would work

  1. Environment audit

We map users, devices, licences, apps, servers, backups, vendors and the main operational risks.

  2. Operating model

We define the service scope, contact channels, responsibilities, SLAs, escalations and change rules.

  3. Takeover and setup

We prepare documentation, monitoring, access, support and any migration into the target environment.

  4. Ongoing operations

We handle requests, watch availability, coordinate vendors and report the status to management regularly.

Our flagship product

From a receipt to a clear overview, no manual digging.

The office is a bonus

Working from home is part of how we work. The office is also a place to catch up with colleagues over coffee.
